About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account business plans to drive growth and achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with enterprise clients to ensure high loyalty
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to identify growth opportunities and align solutions with client IT priorities
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and renewals to secure favorable terms
  • Manage a healthy sales pipeline and achieve margin quotas using effective management techniques
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate solution development and anticipate client needs
  • Provide regular reports and presentations to internal stakeholders and clients regarding deliverables and roadblocks

Requirements

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 4-7 years of work experience in account management, customer relationship management, or a related field
  • Proven expertise in consultative selling and contract negotiation
  • Strong skills in sales pipeline management and business development
  • Proficiency in sales processes, prospecting, and territory management
