About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct integrity and HR investigations regarding employee misconduct in compliance with HP guidelines and local laws
- Contribute to the evolution of the global employee relations framework, including policies, procedures, and system enhancements
- Provide expert Employee Relations (ER) consultation and guidance on performance management matters
- Manage HR escalations and ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies
- Partner with employment law teams, integrity councils, and HR to review case findings and recommendations
- Support relationship management with employee representative groups, such as work councils and unions
Requirements
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related discipline
- 6-7 years of professional work experience
- Strong digital fluency and effective communication skills
- Experience in an HR Generalist role is preferred
