Global Employee Benefits Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple large-scale, strategic client engagements for multinational companies.
• Coordinate client delivery teams and provide guidance and training to junior team members.
• Provide expert advice to clients regarding global health, risk, and other benefits.
• Develop comprehensive project plans for the execution of global consulting engagements.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with multinational client contacts.
• Act as a line manager to support people development within the Integrated & Global Services team.
• Collaborate with regional and local Health & Benefits teams and subject matter experts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of international benefits experience, specifically with health and risk benefits.
• Proven experience in people management and developing junior team members.
• Demonstrated success in managing multinational client relationships.
• Fluency in English (proficiency in additional languages is a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, virtual environment across different cultures.
• Ability to travel internationally as required for client and business needs.
