Global Employee Benefits Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client engagements and coordinate delivery teams to provide expertise on global health, risk, and other benefits.
• Establish trusted relationships with clients and ensure consistent, superior project delivery.
• Develop project plans for the execution of large, global consulting engagements.
• Act as a line manager to support people development within the Integrated & Global Services team.
• Provide guidance and training to junior team members and take responsibility for client deliverables.
• Collaborate with regional and local Health & Benefits teams and international consultants.
• Contribute to the development of new tools and approaches related to global consulting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of international benefits experience, preferably with expertise in health and risk benefits across multiple countries.
• Proven people management experience, including developing the project management skills of junior staff.
• Demonstrated track record of managing multinational client relationships.
• Fluency in English (proficiency in additional languages is a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively in a global environment and manage virtual teams across different geographic locations.
• Strong organizational abilities and the flexibility to manage multiple project priorities in a performance-driven environment.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
