About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide processes for sustainability metrics, carbon accounting, and trend analysis.
- Drive EHS systems governance, standardization, and continuous improvement across global operations.
- Ensure alignment with corporate ESG strategy, regulatory requirements, and external reporting standards.
- Partner with global stakeholders to implement strategic environmental, health, and safety initiatives.
- Support EHS operational performance by driving risk reduction and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Build organizational capability and foster a strong, globally aligned EHS culture.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sustainability metrics management and carbon accounting.
- Expertise in data validation and verification processes.
- Strong background in EHS systems governance and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to align operational activities with ESG strategy.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
