Global EDI & B2B Integration Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the global EDI program and strategy to support supply chain and logistics processes
• Manage integrations between EDI platforms and Oracle E-Business Suite modules, including Order Management, Inventory, and Shipping
• Oversee the onboarding of trading partners, including customers and logistics providers, through testing and implementation
• Ensure strict compliance with EDI standards such as ANSI X12 and EDIFACT
• Manage EDI mapping, transformations, and document flows for transactions like 850, 855, 856, and 810
• Monitor transactions and proactively resolve errors to prevent impacts on production or shipments
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual data entry and improve operational throughput
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of EDI analysts or integration specialists

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 5–8+ years of EDI experience, preferably within a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (specifically SCM modules)
• Deep understanding of EDI standards including ANSI X12 and EDIFACT
• Proficiency with EDI tools and platforms such as IBM Sterling, Oracle B2B, Dell Boomi, or MuleSoft
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and technical documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle B2B or Oracle SOA Suite integrations
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as MRP, production planning, and inventory control
• Experience with APIs and hybrid integration models (EDI + REST/SOAP)
• Project management experience using Agile, Scrum, or PMP methodologies
• Familiarity with cloud integrations including Oracle Cloud, OCI, or iPaaS platforms
