Global Director, Scent Technology & Operations Fine Fragrances

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Scent Technology & Innovation (ST&I) Go-to-Market strategy to accelerate growth in the Fine Fragrance division.
• Partner with commercial teams to develop technology strategies, innovation partnership programs, and customer pitches.
• Design and standardize global operating processes, tools, and KPIs for Fine Fragrance laboratories across all centers.
• Oversee the end-to-end R&D process for integrating new ingredients, ensuring scalability and alignment with market dynamics.
• Act as the primary interface between Fine Fragrance, LMR, and R&D to align roadmaps and secure ingredient availability.
• Manage global CAPEX requirements, prioritizing investments in equipment and infrastructure based on ROI and strategic fit.
• Identify and develop talent within the Global Fine Fragrance ST&I & Operations teams to elevate technical and leadership competencies.
