About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the transformation of the BEES retail media program into a scalable, high-performing platform.
  • Influence auction design, dynamics, and pricing methodologies to ensure profitability and marketplace health.
  • Define and launch new advertising products, including off-site media capabilities.
  • Drive the development of scalable, privacy-compliant targeting, delivery, and measurement solutions.
  • Partner with Product and Technology teams to develop a build-versus-partner roadmap for ad tech infrastructure.
  • Establish data-driven measurement and forecasting frameworks for ongoing performance improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in ad tech, retail media, or large-scale digital platforms in leadership roles.
  • Proven success designing and optimizing real-time bidding (RTB) systems or yield algorithms.
  • Deep understanding of programmatic ecosystems, including DSPs, SSPs, and exchanges.
  • Experience with data platforms such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Databricks.
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Experience in B2B or marketplace environments.
  • Conversational Spanish and/or Portuguese.
  • Experience with major ad tech stacks like Google Ad Manager, The Trade Desk, or Criteo.
