Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the full Parcels logistics value chain including inbound, warehousing, repack, inventory, and last-mile delivery
• Architect and execute a global fulfillment strategy to support cost efficiency and international growth
• Evaluate, select, and manage the 3PL and carrier ecosystem, including negotiating commercial terms and ensuring governance
• Drive the monthly S&OP cadence, connecting demand forecasts with supply planning and capacity
• Lead and develop a global logistics organization of 15+ team members across 10+ countries
• Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to execute business goals

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in logistics or fulfillment, ideally in e-commerce, food delivery, or CPG
• Proven track record managing multi-country logistics operations and multiple 3PL partners
• Expertise in warehouse process design, including pick/pack, kitting, and capacity planning
• Strong analytical capability with experience in KPIs, dashboards, and S&OP
• Excellent stakeholder management skills within a global matrix organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cross-border and pan-European parcel networks
• Experience working within a global matrix organization
