Global Director of Human Resources

Responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate the HR organization across multiple global locations
• Foster a positive working environment and embed company culture at all sites
• Create and implement HR policies, procedures, and work instructions
• Identify and implement global and country-specific HR tools and reporting
• Mentor and lead HR personnel across all company sites
• Ensure compliance with all relevant HR-related legal and regulatory issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or Business Administration (Master’s preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive HR responsibility
• 10+ years in an HR supervisory role
• Previous HR experience in a BPO or Call Center environment
• Experience leading HR departments at multiple international sites
• Ability to travel to global locations as required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred
