Global Digital Governance and Risk Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain a Global Marketing Governance Framework to manage digital risk, compliance, and process adherence.
• Identify new or evolving digital risks and define relevant metrics to measure exposure.
• Implement solutions to improve monitoring and enable proactive remediation of compliance and legal requirements.
• Act as the Product Owner for Global Marketing Governance solutions, managing backlogs and prioritizing work for tech agency partners.
• Partner with specialized services including Privacy, Safety, and Legal, as well as accountable Marketing Managers.
• Establish a data-driven strategy to generate meaningful information and insights for the Marketing organization.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for governance products to support adoption across various Business Units.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Proven experience with data analytics projects.
• Highly structured, organized, and rigorous approach to work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a large FMCG organization.
• Background in Digital Compliance (e.g., privacy regulations).
• Experience in the Pharma or Consumer Healthcare industry.
• Experience in Agile product management.
• Technical background or development skills (e.g., MySQL).
