Global Digital Commerce Capability Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the Digital Commerce subject matter expert to solve business challenges and unlock growth using standardized tools and frameworks
• Support the codification of Digital Commerce best practices and drive their adoption across the enterprise
• Develop and curate capability content for learning platforms, including case studies, performance metrics, and self-serve materials
• Assist in the development and operational delivery of Digital Commerce intervention modules, including workshop facilitation and mentoring
• Research emerging trends and technologies, such as AI, to provide actionable recommendations for process improvements
• Foster a vibrant community of practice to facilitate knowledge sharing and cross-market collaboration

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience working across key Digital Commerce channels including omnichannel, pureplay, marketplace, and eB2B
• Hands-on experience with retail media networks and performance marketing levers like paid search and programmatic display
• Proven experience designing and deploying capability-building programs or frameworks within a global corporate environment
• Strong workshop facilitation skills and experience managing communities of practice
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders from scoping through to measurement
• Practical knowledge of digital commerce ecosystem technologies, such as PIM, DAM, and analytics suites

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing and running agile experimentation
• Business Degree
