Global Digital Commerce Capability Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the Digital Commerce Capability subject matter expert to solve business challenges and unlock growth opportunities.
• Support the codification and practical application of Digital Commerce best practices and standards across the enterprise.
• Develop and curate capability content for learning platforms, including case studies and performance metrics.
• Assist in the development and operational delivery of Digital Commerce intervention modules and workshops.
• Research emerging trends and technologies, such as AI, to provide actionable recommendations for process improvements.
• Foster a community of practice to facilitate knowledge sharing and cross-market collaboration.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience working across key Digital Commerce channels (omnichannel, pureplay, marketplace, eB2B, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with retail media networks and performance marketing levers (e.g., paid search, programmatic display).
• Proven experience designing and deploying capability-building programs, frameworks, or tools in a corporate environment.
• Ability to facilitate workshops, lead project-based learning, and manage communities of practice.
• Strong project management skills with experience managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
• Practical knowledge of digital commerce ecosystem technologies (e.g., PIM, DAM, analytics suites).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing and running agile experimentation.
• Business Degree.
