About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage Group and executive social media channels and the SGS.com homepage
- Provide an editorial calendar with fresh, compelling content for target audiences
- Create and produce engaging short-form video content such as reels and interviews
- Lead and implement content strategy to support brand positioning and business objectives
- Create and optimize compelling digital campaigns
- Coordinate publishing of cross-channel corporate campaigns
- Guide the Digital Engagement team on community management and oversee social media complaints
- Pilot new content formats and educate internal stakeholders on digital best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing and executing B2B community engagement strategies
- Proficiency in managing channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube
- Exceptional English writing and editing skills for complex storytelling
- Proven experience in producing and editing short-form social media video content
- Strong understanding of emerging social media trends and platform formats
- Experience working within international and matrixed organizations
- Native-level English proficiency
