Global Delivery LFO Support, Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support planning and forecasting
• Assist in managing the annual planning and budgeting process
• Partner on business-related projects, including modeling business scenarios and tracking performance metrics
• Oversee the preparation of analysis, commentary, and presentation materials for financial reviews with senior management
• Provide strategic analysis and decision support to business and functional heads
• Review Global Delivery P&Ls to enhance analytics and financial views for Senior Management
• Develop KPIs and models to support future reporting
• Maintain relationships and oversight of geographically dispersed finance support teams to ensure quality deliverables

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience within Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or Financial Services
• Professional knowledge of accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Proven experience preparing and presenting financials to Executive Management
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work independently within an international finance team across multiple locations

• Experience analyzing financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions
• Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a demanding, deadline-oriented environment
• High level of initiative and ability to achieve results with minimal oversight
