About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and drive Deal Desk engagement for Enterprise opportunities across the Americas, acting as the primary point of contact for complex quoting and commercial structuring.
- Partner with Sales leadership to develop deal strategies that balance growth, competitiveness, risk, and profitability.
- Lead deal governance for AMS Enterprise deals, ensuring correct approval routing and compliance with commercial policy.
- Facilitate alignment across Finance, Legal, Product, and Sales to drive timely decisions on escalated transactions.
- Translate global commercial policy into practical workflows, playbooks, and enablement tools for the sales team.
- Mentor and upskill Deal Desk specialists through coaching and best-practice sharing.
- Monitor performance drivers such as cycle time and discount trends to lead continuous process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, or a comparable role within the SaaS or technology industry.
- Proven track record of supporting and closing complex Enterprise deals involving multi-stakeholder approval cycles.
- Strong commercial judgment and financial acumen regarding pricing, discounting, and SaaS contracting fundamentals.
- Experience operationalizing commercial policy and driving adoption through cross-functional enablement.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence leadership under time pressure.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and experience working with CPQ or similar approval workflows.
- Ability to support global deal coverage across different time zones as required.
