Global Customs Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee the global customs team and research compliance requirements for each shipment
• Ensure all shipments meet exportation and importation regulations
• Handle escalations and communicate with procurement, logistics, warehouse, customs brokers, and government agencies
• Manage administrative functions and ensure team compliance with regulations
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for process improvements

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in logistics and customs compliance procedures
• 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• Understanding of supply chain logistics and international trade laws

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
