Responsibilities

• Establish and implement global customs compliance systems and operational standards for import/export clearance.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of global customs documents including declarations, invoices, and certificates of origin.
• Manage communication and cooperation with international freight forwarders, customs brokers, and port terminals.
• Develop and execute emergency response plans for customs clearance anomalies and risk management.
• Monitor regulatory updates in the US, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Singapore to adjust compliance procedures.
• Manage the full lifecycle of U.S. Customs Bonds and ensure compliance with U.S. CBP rules.
• Establish a stable domestic US customs clearance service system and provide full-chain support.
• Track core performance indicators such as clearance lead time, inspection rates, and compliance costs.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in global import and export customs clearance management.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written) is mandatory.
• Ability to speak, read, and write Mandarin is preferred.
• Deep knowledge of US, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Singapore customs regulations.
• Familiarity with U.S. CBP rules, AMS/ISF filing, and FCC ID certification standards.
• Proficiency in Excel, logistics management systems, and customs declaration systems.
• Valid work permit for full-time work in the US.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with high-value containerized goods and electronic products from Southeast Asia to the US.
• Experience in U.S. Customs Bond administration and dangerous goods clearance.
• Professional certifications such as Customs Declarer, Inspection Declarer, or Logistics Specialist.
