Global Controlling Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support HQ in monthly closing topics, including Turnover & EBIT analyses, cost center analyses, and hourly rate analyses
• Assist HQ controllers in the preparation and coordination of budgeting and forecast cycles
• Contribute to the development of standard and special financial reports
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management board presentations and various financial analyses
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices to streamline financial operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Proven experience in controlling, financial analysis, or a similar role
• Solid working knowledge of MS Office programs, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Fluency in English
• Proactive, service-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in German
• Experience working with SAP
• Experience with citizen development tools
