Responsibilities

• Work in teams to solve complex business problems for clients
• Gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop recommendations
• Communicate findings and recommendations to client teams and senior stakeholders
• Support implementation of recommendations and work with client teams to achieve impact
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across teams and geographies

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant life science consulting or strategy experience
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Proven leadership skills and a strong sense of initiative
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Hands-on, execution-oriented approach with comfort working directly in data, analyses, and models
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and workstreams effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interest in or experience with life sciences and healthcare markets

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with product strategy, portfolio prioritisation, market access, commercial excellence, or growth strategy
• Ability to rapidly build domain knowledge and apply strategy frameworks to technical contexts
