Global Consolidations & Corporate Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end global consolidation process and prepare consolidated financial statements for all reporting cycles.
• Analyze and maintain Balance Sheet and P&L fluctuations, including intercompany accounts and cash forecasts.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end close and financial reporting in accordance with accounting policies and internal controls.
• Implement and execute a standardized global three-day close.
• Coordinate with regional and business unit finance teams to resolve accounting issues and ensure consistent policy application.
• Optimize the corporate consolidation system, including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate intercompany reconciliations, foreign currency translation, and consolidation eliminations.
• Maintain Transfer Pricing updates and oversee global tax filing processes in partnership with tax advisors.
• Assist in global treasury operations, including banking structures and internal funding mechanisms.
• Analyze FX impact on a global basis and recommend strategies to minimize exposure.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, including consolidations and corporate accounting.
• Experience in a global organization with multi-entity and multi-currency structures.
• Proficiency in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) and consolidation systems such as Oracle Financial, FCCS, or Hyperion.
• Advanced Excel capability for financial analysis, modeling, and data validation.
• Deep understanding of global consolidations, intercompany accounting, and foreign currency translation.
• Strong technical accounting capability to interpret and apply standards to complex transactions.
• Proven ability to manage financial close processes and enforce accounting frameworks across multiple regions.
