Global Consolidation Lead

Responsibilities

• Ensure the application of Group accounting policies consistent with consolidation rules
• Assist in monthly and annual closing processes
• Support ERP transformation (Oracle) regarding accounting structure and internal control
• Implement robust accounting processes and controls
• Draft technical accounting policies and normative documents
• Provide technical accounting support for M&A post-acquisition integration
• Work with FP&A teams to integrate accounting standards into forecasts
• Prepare and review deliverables for auditors
• Coordinate internal and external audits and statutory closings
• Monitor regulatory developments and support new IFRS standards application

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in audit or international company accounting
• Higher education in accounting or finance (CA/CPA)
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and consolidation standards
• Previous experience in ERP projects, ideally Oracle
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Strong technical analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• GCC or Shared Service experience
• Experience with revenue recognition for long-term contracts
• Knowledge of Tagetik or LucaNet
