About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the single point of accountability for the annual focal review cycle (merit, bonus, and equity), coordinating across HR, Finance, and business leaders.
  • Develop and maintain the focal cycle project plan, including milestone tracking, stakeholder communication, and system readiness.
  • Partner with HRIS and People Analytics to configure and validate Workday for each focal cycle to ensure data integrity.
  • Design, build, and maintain compensation data analytics tools and dashboards to provide insights on pay equity, market positioning, and budget utilization.
  • Identify and implement technology solutions to streamline compensation analytics and operational processes.
  • Lead global compensation projects from inception to completion, defining success metrics and managing timelines.
  • Explore and pilot AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and enhance predictive analytics capabilities.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in a compensation role within a large, complex corporate environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Arts, Science, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience owning and managing the annual focal/merit review cycle end-to-end.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with a track record of building compensation dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with PowerBI or other advanced data visualization tools.
  • Experience integrating new compensation tools with existing HRIS infrastructure.
  • Proven interest in adopting emerging technologies and AI to modernize compensation workflows.
