Global Compensation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design and administer compensation programs including base-pay structures, merit reviews, and incentive programs
• Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
• Analyze data and present insights through reports and dashboards for executives and HR leaders
• Ensure compliance and data integrity through reporting and audits
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing operational and system enhancements in Workday

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, finance, accounting, or compensation
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
• Advanced quantitative skills for data and cost analysis
• Proficiency in Excel, Python/R, and HRIS/compensation tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong English language skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the gaming, tech, or entertainment industry
• Workday experience
• CCP or similar certification
• Experience administering base pay, merit cycles, and incentive programs
• Success partnering with HRBPs and business leaders
