Responsibilities

• Shape and execute Legora’s global community strategy to support revenue growth and customer retention
• Identify, engage, and empower standout community members and power users
• Design and implement the operating model, tools, and systems to scale community programs globally
• Create measurement frameworks to tie community activity to activation, retention, and revenue outcomes

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience building and scaling programs from 0 to 1 in Growth, Product, or Community roles
• Strong creative instincts and a bias for action
• Execution-oriented with strong project management skills
• Data-driven approach with ability to set KPIs and analyze performance
• Ability to create useful and memorable events
• Comfortable collaborating across functions and regions in a fast-paced environment
