Global Clients Associate Director, Technology

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and client relationship strategy for assigned global technology clients
• Partner with Client Service Directors and internal teams to grow revenue and deepen client relationships
• Develop annual and long-term client plans aligned to firm strategy and sector priorities
• Use analytics, client listening, and market intelligence to identify opportunities and manage relationship risks
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across BDMC, Finance, Operations, and other business services teams
• Track client financial performance, manage budgets, and assess ROI on BD initiatives
• Support partner coaching, client campaigns, events, and high-impact engagement programs

Requirements

• Significant business development and client relationship management experience in an international law firm or professional services environment
• Strong technology sector experience and established sector relationships
• Proven ability to deliver revenue growth, client outcomes, and measurable performance metrics
• Strong financial acumen and experience with client profitability or budget management
• Leadership experience, including matrix management across offices or countries
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English
• Confident, collaborative approach with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree-level education, ideally with additional business, marketing, communications, sales, or related experience
• Experience in a sector hub city and familiarity with global technology clients
• Ability to use data, digital platforms, and AI tools to improve client development and operational efficiency
• Experience coaching partners and teams on business development best practices
