Global Client Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive Client Growth Plan to expand revenue and scope
• Serve as the primary representative for the client within the company and the broader industry
• Oversee end-to-end delivery, planning, activation, and measurement across all markets
• Manage client escalations, conflicts, and contract compliance
• Drive commercial performance including forecasting, scoping, staffing, and profitability
• Manage the annual scope of work and ensure operational efficiency
• Build trust with stakeholders from marketing to procurement

Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience managing global clients and local market teams
• Proven experience in global media or marketing
• Strong commercial mindset and growth mentality
• Ability to navigate diverse cultures and manage multi-disciplinary teams
• Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in managing client satisfaction metrics and improvement plans
