About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic client retention and growth plans for a dedicated account portfolio
- Proactively identify risks to the portfolio and develop/implement action plans
- Collaborate with operations and other internal Amex GBT teams
- Influence key client decision makers by educating them on Amex GBT’s value and differentiators
- Drive transaction revenue growth for Amex GBT and key suppliers
- Share client and market trends with internal and external leadership
Requirements
- Solid understanding of the business travel industry
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle competing demands in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges
- Adaptability and flexibility in a global business context
