Global Category Procurement Buyer

Responsibilities

• Support IT procurement projects related to software, cybersecurity, infrastructure, data, and IT services
• Assist in drafting specifications, sourcing, and managing calls for tenders
• Participate in financial and contractual negotiations and the analysis of results
• Support the selection of suppliers and the deployment of contracts with internal stakeholders
• Identify stakeholder needs and conduct data collection or situation audits
• Identify rationalization opportunities and maintain tools and systems
• Perform cleaning and updates of the supplier and contractual database

Requirements

• Master's degree in Procurement (a background in logistics is desirable)
• Essential knowledge of procurement processes and Office analysis skills
• Minimum English proficiency level of B2
• Strong communication skills, reliability, determination, and empathy
• Ability to work effectively within an international environment
