Global Category Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead all customer marketing efforts for Ball PHC, including the creation and execution of integrated marketing plans.
• Develop comprehensive category, customer, and channel targeting plans using market data and insights to drive volume growth.
• Own the customer value proposition and support the commercial team in translating it into effective sales stories.
• Manage customer market activations, including new product launches and mass messaging.
• Oversee trade show execution, including the development of messaging, narratives, and graphics.
• Support the innovation process by managing intake forms and presenting at innovation meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customer brand and marketing stakeholders.
• Develop annual marketing plans and manage associated budgets.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in project marketing.
• Strong knowledge of marketing campaign principles and practices.
• Proven experience in partnership and brand marketing.
• Experience strategizing with executive-level teams.
• Background in B2B sales and marketing.
• Experience in the manufacturing or FMCG industry is highly desirable.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
