Global Category Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead the sourcing, negotiation, and lifecycle management of Semiconductor Capital Expenditure (CAPEX), tooling, and services on a global scale
• Manage both global CAPEX and local suppliers within assigned categories
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, R&D, and equipment support teams to drive cost-reduction initiatives
• Mitigate supply chain risks and optimize operational performance across global manufacturing sites
• Control supplier performance and compliance through scorecards, corrective actions, and structured business reviews
• Develop and manage business continuity plans and sourcing strategies
• Renew existing agreements and initiate new contracts to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Manage ERP tasks, including PO releases and follow-up

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or Engineering
• Substantial experience in purchasing and supply chain management
• Strong commercial acumen and demonstrated ability to lead complex supplier negotiations
• Advanced proficiency in SAP
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work 100% on-site in Newport Beach, CA

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, MS, or a related advanced degree
• Proficiency in Hebrew
