Global Category Leader - Body Care

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the global Body Care category strategy, defining market positioning and winning frameworks
• Set strategic direction for product and fragrance design frameworks, ingredient strategies, and IP architecture
• Lead the development and governance of a balanced innovation roadmap including sustaining and transformational initiatives
• Partner with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Creative teams to prioritize and deliver relevant scent solutions
• Drive category growth, profitability, and strategic core-listing expansion
• Lead and develop a high-performing global category team with a focus on talent development and succession planning

Requirements

• 10-15 years of relevant experience in category or innovation leadership
• Proven experience leading global innovation or category strategy within a complex, matrixed organization
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
• Advanced degree in science, engineering, business, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and collaborate across multicultural environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience across multiple fragrance categories such as body care, fabric care, or home care
• Strong orientation toward consumer, market, and olfactive insights combined with data-driven decision making
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead in fast-evolving, innovation-driven environments
