Global Category Comex Out to Execute Manager - Oral Health

Responsibilities

• Support the Global Category Comex Director in defining the commercial elements of the category strategy.
• Champion the 'Voice of the Customer' by embedding customer-centric insights into category strategies and initiatives.
• Input category-specific strategies into ComEx-wide priorities and guidance to reflect growth plans in an omnichannel environment.
• Coordinate with Global Category ComEx Directors to define and approve global commercial planning frameworks, metrics, and guidance.
• Create and manage retailer-facing content to support Sales and ComEx teams.
• Collaborate with Operating Units (OUs), Markets, and Global teams to ensure effective implementation of commercial planning frameworks and tooling.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial excellence and category management within a large FMCG or consumer health organization.
• Demonstrated ability to embed customer-centric insights into commercial strategies and planning.
• Experience defining and delivering commercial inputs into enterprise-wide planning cadences (e.g., ABP).
• Strong collaborative leadership skills with experience coordinating across global teams and functional leaders.
• Experience within the Oral Health category or a closely related health and consumer goods sector.
• Experience across different market archetypes (e.g., Distributor-led, Customer-led) and channels (digital commerce, pharmacy, modern trade) is preferred.
