Global Category ComEx Director - Wellness

Responsibilities

• Champion the 'Voice of the Customer' within the Wellness category by embedding customer-centric insights into category strategies.
• Deliver commercial inputs and customer insights into category-led forums and enterprise-wide planning cadences.
• Translate category-specific strategies into commercial excellence priorities and guidance.
• Coordinate with other Global Category ComEx Directors to define and approve global commercial planning frameworks, metrics, and guidance.
• Collaborate with Operating Units, Markets, and Global teams to ensure effective implementation of commercial planning frameworks and tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial excellence, category management, or a related commercial leadership role.
• Background within a large consumer health or FMCG organization.
• Demonstrated ability to embed customer-centric insights into commercial strategies and planning.
• Experience defining and delivering commercial inputs into enterprise-wide planning processes.
• Strong collaborative leadership skills with experience coordinating across global teams and functional leaders.
• Direct experience within the Wellness category or a closely related health and consumer goods sector.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working across different market archetypes, such as Distributor-led or Customer-led models.
