Global Category ComEx Director - Wellness

Responsibilities

• Champion the 'Voice of the Customer' within the Wellness category, embedding customer-centric insights into category strategies and initiatives to drive sustainable growth.
• Approve and deliver commercial inputs and customer insights into Category-led forums (e.g., CGLT) and enterprise-wide planning cadences (e.g., IGP).
• Input category-specific strategies into ComEx-wide priorities and guidance, ensuring category growth plans are reflected in ComEx blueprints.
• Coordinate with other Global Category ComEx Directors to define and approve global commercial planning frameworks, metrics, and guidance.
• Collaborate with Operating Units (OUs), Markets, and Global teams to ensure effective implementation of commercial planning frameworks and tooling.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial excellence, category management, or a related commercial leadership role.
• Background within a large consumer health or FMCG organisation.
• Demonstrated ability to embed customer-centric insights into commercial strategies and planning.
• Experience defining and delivering commercial inputs into enterprise-wide planning cadences.
• Strong collaborative leadership skills with experience coordinating across global teams and functional leaders.
• Direct experience within the Wellness category or a closely related health and consumer goods sector.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working across different market archetypes (e.g., Distributor-led, Customer-led).
