Global Campaigns Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of comprehensive campaign plans, including goals, timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Execute global marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
• Lead coordination of localization efforts, working with Regional Marketing and Localization teams to ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Create and maintain Salesforce campaigns and hierarchies to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
• Analyze campaign data and drive A/B tests to optimize performance.
• Manage project infrastructure using Asana and maintain organized internal documentation.
• Identify and champion the adoption of emerging AI tools to enhance team efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related work experience in marketing or campaign management.
• Proven experience project managing high-impact, performance-focused marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com and project management software (Asana preferred).
• Experience using AI tools to enhance workflows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a global, cross-departmental environment.

• Experience or knowledge within the education technology (EdTech) sector.
