Global Business Services Associate

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the SVP to support and manage priorities, meeting cadence, and key business initiatives
• Track deliverables, action items, and ongoing projects across the Global Business Services team
• Perform data analysis, validation, and reporting to support business insights and decision-making
• Maintain and organize project plans, documentation, workflows, and reference materials
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely execution
• Support vendor and subscription management, including contract tracking and renewals
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and leverage technology solutions
• Prepare presentations, dashboards, and summaries for communication and reporting needs
• Provide operational support across onboarding, marketing operations, and client reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in financial services, business operations, or marketing operations
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Excel
• Experience managing project timelines and coordinating across teams
• Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
• Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Tableau, AI tools, or other reporting/automation tools
• Experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment
