Global Business Director

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of global media services for Nomad Foods, ensuring consistent excellence across multiple markets
• Build strong, trusted relationships with global stakeholders and act as a key point of contact for client teams
• Guide and support local markets to implement global frameworks, playbooks, and best practice approaches
• Oversee operational processes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, accurately, and to a high standard
• Collaborate with strategy, digital, and data teams to deliver integrated, effective media solutions
• Drive continuous improvement across workflows, tools, and governance to enhance efficiency and output
• Inspire collaboration across internal teams, supporting and developing colleagues while maintaining high-quality delivery

Requirements

• Experience in media, account management, or planning roles, with exposure to multi-market or global clients
• Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse stakeholders
• Confidence managing multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Solid understanding of digital media, with awareness of broader media channels
• A structured and proactive approach to operations and project management
• Strategic thinking, with the ability to identify opportunities and challenge outputs constructively
• A collaborative mindset and a positive, adaptable approach when working across teams and markets
