Sand is a global Physical AI company using data and AI to make critical industries work better. We partner with governments, cities and enterprises to improve how essential systems operate across healthcare, water, energy, telecommunications and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Execute global product marketing to support the transition to a product-led AI company
- Own global brand strategy, identity, and consistent storytelling across all channels
- Lead product positioning, messaging, launch strategies, and customer narratives
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, PR, and events
- Translate complex AI technical capabilities into compelling customer-centric narratives
- Develop sales enablement materials including pitch decks and case studies
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Executive Leadership to align go-to-market execution
- Oversee global digital presence including website, LinkedIn, and newsletters
- Manage and develop the central marketing function including designers and external agencies
- Champion data-driven marketing by tracking campaign performance and market trends
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B or B2G startups and scale-ups
- Proven experience developing go-to-market strategies for technology products
- Strong background in brand strategy, product positioning, and storytelling
- Experience leading integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Excellent presentation and executive storytelling skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Google Slides, LinkedIn, Figma, and modern AI tools
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing AI, SaaS, enterprise technology, or data platforms
- Experience marketing to enterprise, government, or public-sector clients
- Exposure to partner-led, ecosystem, or platform business models
- Experience working with globally distributed teams
