Global Brand Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end creative development for global brand campaigns from concept to production
• Oversee production of campaign assets across digital, social, OOH, packaging, and POS
• Act as the primary point of contact for the global creative agency, managing briefs and timelines
• Coordinate internal stakeholders including media, social, and local marketing teams
• Safeguard and evolve the Chiquita visual identity system and brand guidelines
• Support brand innovation through design thinking and storytelling
• Collaborate with R&D and product development to visualize new product concepts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Design, or Communication
• At least 6 years of experience in brand design, creative development, or campaign management
• Experience within FMCG or lifestyle brands
• Proven track record of developing global brand campaigns with creative agencies
• Strong expertise in visual storytelling and design systems
• Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-market campaigns and global-local asset rollouts
• Knowledge of packaging design and shopper marketing
• Proficiency in digital creative production
• Italian language skills
