Global Billing Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead global invoice preparation, review, and OOPS invoicing across multiple business lines and geographies
• Manage a large team to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely billing deliverables
• Oversee controls, governance, and transparency across the invoice review process
• Provide subject matter expertise on invoice preparation, review, and receivables analytics
• Support process re-engineering, standardization, and automation initiatives
• Coach team members, monitor productivity, and support performance management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance
• CPA qualification
• 10-12 years of experience in global billing within a large financial services environment
• Strong knowledge of SOX, RCSA controls, and internal control frameworks
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with custody, sub-custodian, trust services, and asset management billing
• Familiarity with billing systems and financial architecture such as GL and sub-GL
• Demonstrated leadership across multiple geographies and business areas
• Experience driving centralization and process improvement initiatives
