Global Benefits Specialist

Responsibilities

• Administer global statutory and supplementary benefits programmes, including pensions, health insurance, and wellness initiatives across multiple international markets.
• Drive operational excellence by supporting enrolment cycles and improving administration processes using Workday.
• Manage vendor relationships by liaising with brokers and insurers, tracking performance, and supporting renewal and RFP processes.
• Partner cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and Procurement to ensure smooth programme delivery.
• Conduct market benchmarking and cost analysis to assess the competitiveness of current offerings.
• Analyse claims and utilisation data to identify trends, track budgets, and provide data-informed recommendations.
• Develop employee-facing communications, such as enrolment guides and FAQs, to make complex benefits topics accessible.

Requirements

• Significant experience managing and administering benefit programmes across multiple international jurisdictions.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Excel for working with complex data and budget tracking.
• Practical familiarity with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday.
• Proven ability to manage external vendors and collaborate with global cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex policies into clear language.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a high-growth tech or fast-moving marketplace environment.
• Exposure to system implementations or enhancements within Workday benefits modules.
