Global Benefits Senior Director

Responsibilities

• Lead multinational clients' global benefits management programs and design comprehensive benefits strategies
• Oversee large global teams to execute client strategies across various geographic boundaries
• Drive revenue generation and market share growth by identifying and closing strategic sales opportunities
• Act as a senior international strategist and trusted advisor for large-scale global client assignments
• Manage complex project lifecycles, including drafting statements of work, project plans, and budgets
• Provide guidance to local benefits and brokerage teams to ensure local relevance of global strategies
• Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with cross-functional, cross-regional teams

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in global and regional employee benefits programs and consulting
• Proven track record of revenue generation and growing market share
• Extensive experience managing large client relationships and leading global teams
• BA/BS degree is strongly required
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, creative, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to travel on an as-needed basis

• Experience living and working overseas
• Foreign language skills
