Global Benefits Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support global and regional coordination of benefits for clients while maintaining benefits databases
• Coordinate technology setup and track initial inventory of benefit policies
• Manage ongoing data inventory by monitoring renewals and ensuring internal tool accuracy
• Provide internal project management support, including consistency reviews of client deliverables
• Collect pooling data to update internal tools and reporting
• Assist with client meetings, training, and budget management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant discipline
• 3+ years of experience in project management or client service roles
• Proficiency in English (strong oral, written, and presentation skills)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Ability to work both EMEA and US shifts
• Strong analytical thinking and a methodical approach to problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in global benefits or brokerage work
• Experience in insurance or shared services operations
• Proficiency in an additional language
