Global Benefits Analyst H&B

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level service and support to Health & Benefits clients through proactive management and technical insurance assistance
• Respond to internal and external client emails within a 12-business-hour timeframe
• Monitor and follow up on operational processes and maintain digital client files
• Coordinate client meetings and prepare updated presentations and monthly management reports
• Maintain updated renewal controls and collaborate with the technical area for follow-ups
• Monitor monthly loss ratios (siniestralidad) and provide quarterly analysis and notifications to clients
• Conduct induction sessions and refresher talks regarding benefit changes or operational updates
• Drive organic growth and prospect new business opportunities within the assigned portfolio

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Life and Health insurance
• Advanced proficiency in English
• Technical knowledge of Life and Health insurance and Insurance Law
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Strong customer service orientation

Preferred Qualifications

• University studies in Business Administration or a Technical Course in Insurance
