Global Banking - Private Funds Group

Responsibilities

• Provide capital advisory services to general partners across Asia Pacific, focusing on private equity, venture, real estate, credit, and infrastructure
• Perform due diligence on prospective general partners, including assessments of investment strategy, process, and track record
• Contribute to the formulation and presentation of internal memos to the global committee
• Support the team by preparing private placement memorandums, developing financial models, and producing marketing presentations
• Assist in negotiating terms of engagement and leading new client onboarding procedures
• Conduct internal projects such as country/sector studies and maintaining market intelligence on the private equity landscape
• Help establish and maintain relationships with general partners, limited partners, and other industry participants

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant experience (recent graduates will also be considered)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Law, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to produce accurate deliverables quickly
• Proficiency in financial software including Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work effectively as a resilient team player in challenging circumstances
• Willingness to travel extensively

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior exposure to private equity is a plus
