Global Atopic Dermatitis Medical Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the global medical strategy for Atopic Dermatitis (AD) within the Dupixent Medical Franchise for both adult and pediatric populations.
• Provide strategic scientific expertise to develop global brand plans and aligned medical affairs plans.
• Develop and implement robust advocacy plans with key external stakeholders, including academics, payers, and patient associations.
• Drive evidence generation by designing the Integrated Evidence Generation Plan (IEGP) and overseeing post-marketing studies and real-world evidence (RWE) initiatives.
• Lead the execution of strategic publication plans to disseminate key findings through peer-reviewed journals and scientific forums.
• Manage the strategic alliance with Regeneron to drive joint development and commercialization initiatives.
• Oversee the medical budget for the AD franchise and lead a team of medical directors through mentorship and professional development.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in life sciences or pharmaceutical sciences (MD, PhD, or PharmD).
• 8+ years of relevant medical affairs experience.
• Proven track record in scientific research, publication planning, and medical communications.
• Strong knowledge of clinical development, regulatory requirements, and complex clinical studies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop direct reports in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and networking skills for high-level stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in Dermatology, specifically immunodermatology or inflammatory skin diseases.
• Experience working within a strategic alliance or partnership model.
