About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the global medical strategy for Atopic Dermatitis (AD) within the Dupixent Medical Franchise for both adult and pediatric populations.
- Provide strategic scientific expertise to develop global brand plans and aligned medical affairs plans.
- Develop and implement robust advocacy plans with key external stakeholders, including academics, payers, and patient associations.
- Drive evidence generation by designing the Integrated Evidence Generation Plan (IEGP) and overseeing post-marketing studies and real-world evidence (RWE) initiatives.
- Lead the execution of strategic publication plans to disseminate key findings through peer-reviewed journals and scientific forums.
- Manage the strategic alliance with Regeneron to drive joint development and commercialization initiatives.
- Oversee the medical budget for the AD franchise and lead a team of medical directors through mentorship and professional development.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in life sciences or pharmaceutical sciences (MD, PhD, or PharmD).
- 8+ years of relevant medical affairs experience.
- Proven track record in scientific research, publication planning, and medical communications.
- Strong knowledge of clinical development, regulatory requirements, and complex clinical studies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop direct reports in a matrixed environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and networking skills for high-level stakeholder engagement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in Dermatology, specifically immunodermatology or inflammatory skin diseases.
- Experience working within a strategic alliance or partnership model.
