Global Artist Relations Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the London-based team working with major labels in the UK, US, and other key markets
• Provide administrative support including managing schedules, handling inbox communications, and capturing meeting notes
• Support artist marketing campaigns by coordinating stakeholders, collecting assets, and creating compelling decks
• Prepare end of campaign reports
• Coordinate and communicate weekly release priorities
• Assist with administrative requests from label partners
• Track major calendar and marketing events for artist campaigns
• Monitor and track social media shares
• Act as the main liaison for Deezer competition winners

Requirements

• Enrolled in a school that can provide an internship agreement
• Fluent in English (French is a bonus)
• Strong understanding of the global music industry (specifically UK & US) and current social trends
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
• Driven, self-motivated, and resourceful attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with project management tools such as Monday and Jira
