Global Artist Relations Manager Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Support the Paris-based team working with independent labels globally
• Support artist marketing campaigns by coordinating stakeholders, collecting assets, and creating compelling decks
• Prepare reports and analyses following campaigns, including CRM, editorial, and social engagement insights
• Organize weekly priority releases using pitching tools and deliver actionable summaries to internal teams
• Ensure release delivery and profile updates (bios, press shots, etc.) are completed accurately
• Contribute to internal and external communications regarding playlist updates, industry news, and campaign timelines
• Identify and propose new marketing opportunities or tools for artists
• Assist with production for artist-focused events such as Deezer Sessions and concerts
• Act as a key contact for international indie labels through daily communication and regular check-ins

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Strong understanding of the music industry and current social trends
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
• Driven, self-motivated, and possesses a can-do attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in French
• Experience with project management tools like Monday or Jira
• Previous experience in the music industry
