Global Archetype Controlling Capability Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis of business performance versus budget and forecast, including benchmarking key performance indicators.
• Partner with local controllers to analyze drivers of financial performance and identify trends.
• Prepare financial analysis for "what if" scenarios, sensitivity analysis, and product/customer profitability.
• Manage Capital Expenditure budget tracking, inventory analysis, Net Working Capital, and Cashflow.
• Support month-end closure activities, P&L and Balance Sheet reviews, and internal controls/SOX audits.
• Lead and mentor a team to meet organizational goals and objectives.
• Provide management with summarized data, reports, and presentations of findings.
• Drive process standardization and automation to increase productivity and service quality.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
• Professional degree in accounting (CMA, CA, MBA, CPA, or CIMA).
• Hands-on experience with SAP FICO, specifically CO-PA, and familiarity with SD, PP, MM, or PS modules.
• Proven experience in team leadership and mentoring.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in the manufacturing industry.
• Experience handling various business scenarios such as MTO, MTS, ETO, or I2R.
